and associations, internationally.

To become a point of reference to the general public and others working in health-related areas, for information and resources concerning the practice and benefits of Meditation in all its traditions and contemporary styles.

To be a forum for discussion about community perceptions of Meditation

To promote the practice of Meditation on a world wide level

To encourage the teaching of Meditations principles and practicalities

To assist members to obtain professional indemnity insurance.

To produce a (quarterly) newsletter.

To provide an internet based information centre for those seeking advice and
guidance about Meditation, it's principals, practice and benefits.

To provide a world wide network for Meditation teachers
of all styles and traditions of Meditation.

To protect and advance Meditations credibility as a valuable therapeutic healing modality,
a self empowering personal development tool and a spIritual practice.
